What will rub and what won't varies on what make of tyre and wheel offset you end up with, all 33" are slightly different, sme measure smaller some bigger, M/T's will catch more than A/T's are the tread corners stick out more.

Just get the 33's, fit them and then work out how much lift you need.

My 33's still rub slightly on full lock when offroading with 4" suspension lift, 1 1/2" body lift and uprated T/bars...

        It isn't an exact science.

Fair enough - where would I buy +4" shocks from then, Roughtrax only do +2" or what make and model (part number would be good) do I go for?

My 33's don't rub at all.

                  Use 31's instead.
my old 2.4 was on 33's. It had about 4" lift. It was ,as tony said, down to the wheel offset.

2" body & 2" suspension lift - then will get 33's and see what else i need!
I think the offset is -37 what ever means! I'll get shocks before i get manual hubs
Sorry if I keep asking questions but I want to get this right first time, I dont want to buy 2" shocks then find they're not long enough etc

31's rich. Still legal, bar one. But the spare is brand spankers.

                          • I spoke to a guy at LLAMA 4x4 today, He can supply Rough Country parts

An uprated steering damper for about £40 inc vat and del

+4" rear shocks and +2" front shocks for about £180 inc vat and del

Does this sound like a good deal? and is everybody sure I need +4" shocks on the back? My manual hubs are going bye bye! (for the moment)

                              • I wasn't planning on going this far! I thought a 2" suspension lift was easy! now I am possible having to do longer shocks, brakes, panard etc

                                I only wanted bigger tyres!
