Found it at the same time as you!

I did get +2" springs (about a month ago) and they took my saggy ar$e to stock level so I want to gain another 2" on the suspension and 2" on the body lift allowing me to fit 33" tyres

Roughtrax do an uprated on for £35 +vat and del it will be back in stock in October (apparetly) I'm not actually doing anything to my truck until the end of October (need to change insurers as my current insurance wont cover any mods). I'm just buying parts a bit at a time so I have it all when I'm ready to start

Well you'll definitely need +4" shocks to go with the lift. Also keep an eye on your upper control arms as the drivers side one will probably be sitting on the fuel tank. You'll probably need an extended rear brake pipe too.

              Cheers,
              Rob.

I'm not going to comment on that 'cos everyone on here keeps telling me not to do anything else as I don't need to ( just commented! but then I'm becoming a post whore)

When I fit coil spacers I'll hopefully be getting 16"s from rim to wheel arch instead of 14"s I've been told that the standard height from Rim to arch is 13.5"s so I am planning on +2's before I got offroad next - If anyone thinks I shoud get bigger shocks I'm willing to listen to all advice

you will need +2 front shocks and +4 rear shocks, you wont be able to get anything longer than +2s in the front with the balljoint spacer kit fitted, and front travel is limited any way.as allready said +4 for the rear is about maximum as the rear radius arms are to short and they start to hit the fuel tank.extended brake hoses are needed front and rear and you will need to unhitch the front brake lines where they coil up to go through the body, just pull on them and they will expand a bit,but be carefull you dont kink the brake lines when you pull on them.rear panhard rod will need to be extended to get the body and axle to line up properly, the panhard rod should be sitting horizontally with the truck on it wheels and the lift fitted.so a panhard drop kit from vince will do the trick here.also you will need to make a bracket to fit to the panhard rod that re alignes the rear brake proportioning valve arm.(if i remember correctly the bracket comes in vinces kit.)

I'm only doing a 2" coil/BJ lift the other 2" is a body lift do I really need to do all that? I'm sitting at 14" all round - Isn't that about factory standard height?

I thought you'd ordered 2" spring spacers and already have +2" coils ?

14" seems a bit high for standard height. I think its nearer 12". Do a search for several peoples measurements.

I've searched and it seems 13.5"s is standard height (top of rim to bottom of wheel arch) Stormy said so it must be true, 'cos he's god!
I've just been out and measured I'm currently sitting at 13.75"s so by fitting +2" springs I've gained about 7mm!

That's why I want coil spacers, because I didn't get +2"s with the new springs - mind you the rear ARB is still fitted, if I take it off will it go up?

My opinion is that standard is just over 12" at the rear, with the front a bit higher (the wheel arch is higher at the front than the rear) so you do have 1.5 - 1.75" of lift already. However I am not God and so will bow out and leave this to the higher beings.

I'm happy to take your advice the more opinions I get the better the chance of getting it right first time!

How about we reverse engineer this - all I want is to lift the truck in order to fit 33" tyres - how high does it need to be?
I know Dieselboy has 18 inches (oh er!) so if I body lift I'll get 16" so coil spacers will give me 18" just need to sort out shocks!

Wishbone you may not be god but you are an angel!
