I reckon its not beyond the bounds of possibility to take 'a n other' shock absorber (not one that always goes to fully extended, one of the type that stay wherever you leave the rod otherwise you'd be forever centreing the steering) and build some bracketry to fit it to the truck - probably in a better way that the Pro Comp ones are fitted.

              What about it Mark?

I've just ordered my Coil spacers from Neil @ outrageous off road, Bargain only £70 -
Just need Yoshie to sort out the Body spacers and Animal to sort out the BJ spacers and I'm Sorted!

Now who's gonna sell me some 33's? (on 15 x 10 steel rims)

Still need to find an ES2000 though

Will you need longer shocks for your lift?

I've been told I dont NEED them but it's a good idea - so i wont do them straight away, still saving! I will do them at some point in the near future though

can it be fabricated easily? If yes I'll take it

Brian/Yoshie do you have any Body lift spacers? if not I'll order a kit

I happy to order that kit off ebay - I've been talking to the guy and he seems reasonable, I'm not sure if the set I saw at Avalanche were supplied by him, but he has assured me that if I order a set from him they will be square and have the holes centered and all ten bolts will be the correct size - If they're not right I'll just send them back!

                            these are the ones:

                            http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Doing well, assuming that Animal's mate can make the BJ spacers I'll be able to afford manual hubs!

                                Yeah looks fine.

The ad is nice too. He 'discovered' the material eh? Probably on the 'Plastics Direct' website...

Why do people do that? It's Nylon 6, not feckin spacedust!
