when i have come around a bit
coz iam a bit whoozy just now
i will go through all them links and phine numbers
i was shocked last night with some of what i red

some of this advise i was given is good some bad
i read al most ever bit of info i can find
i think i now understand why i get ill alot
fact is its unknown why it afects some people like it afects me
its something like 1 in 10 with this illness suffer the same has me
i now think the advise i was first given a few years ago was good
but has for the team that finished that advise off got it wrong

i have lived by a new diet and i have felt almost tip top well a lot better than normal i only had one bad turn in 2 weeks
thats very good for me
