    Do you think 315/75/16s would fit comfortably under a 4 inch lifted 3rd gen?

    Theyre 12.4 inches wide by 34.6 inches in diameter.
    So a bit smaller than 35s

    no offroad driving

                              Don't be to hard on yourself, the reason the offset matters on this build is as follows.

                              The owner/driver is a slightly camp American/European mix
                              He used to be up for off roading mud and scratches.
                              He has now built a very camp street queen
                              The offset if really neg will mean the wheel dish will attain a whole new level of gayness.
