....SWMBO's mother's Zafira's boot is fooked,

need to get new strut for it...

only problem its a '06 1.6ltr new shape, and no motor factor over here stocks it,

main dealer €75 per strut....

would anyone know of another vehicles struts possibly fitting a Zafira???

There's loads of Zafiras being broken on ebay - just type zafira breaking into ebay.

was using broom handle but she has taken it back again, and i am sick of getting a slap in the back of the head (tailgate is heavy).....

I feel a slight bit safer in the zafira than I do in her sisters micra. That thing scares me.


On a side note, has anyone added gas status to a surf bonnet??
Like the BMWs have... would make it easier for working on considering the amount of time I spend fixing stuff or topping up stuff in the engine bay

Have you looked at the lexsurf threads? He fits struts to his trucks.

Must admit I did read this as asking if you could throw away the zafira.
