Size of Tyres

Hiya all,

What is the maximum tyre width that I can fit onto 16x7J rims?

I have 265/70 R16 at the moment, equivelent is 31x10.5x16

Can I fit 32x11.5x16 ?

I'm not 100% sure but I think those tyres would be too wide, someone who knows more will be along soon

265/70/16s require a rim width range of 7 to 9 inches

32/11.5/16 isn't a tire size commonly, if at all, available

yep you can but they will be very close/if not touching the body work on full lock.if you can find a tyre fitting shop that will fit them in the first place.

um no,if fitting road tyres they will just fit,if using mud or ats the tread will tend to grab on full lock,im sure we had a third gen in the workshop a month or so ago with these tyres fitted,insa turbo special trac in that size.the tread was hitting on full lock.but i have been known to be wrong.
