  • Any ideas

We have a honeysuckle bush in our garden, and the resident bees love it. I trimmed it today and found this monster. It was about 2 inches long and about3/4 inch thick...any ideas what it is?

    Non intercooled nothing.

Can't remember for sure but I think that caterpillar will soon become a hawk moth, could be wrong though.

My 10 year old said moth. It was such a vivid green...it was stunning.
Our garden is now also really mature. It just encourages so much wildlife. I'm particularly proud of our bumble bee nest. They are due to leave sometime soon.
