Got the gearbox off today on my own (big boy now ) with help from the surf jack and a bottle jack & an old pair of 'modified' boot skates! Now to decide what to do with it.

Put it back, the Surf wont go without it.

Solo gearbox changing is fun, its easier if you split the t/case and gear box though.
