No no no, you need to make a 3rd gen winch bumper first, THEN you build this .

Hey stormforce, sorry to hijack here, but someone said you may be able to get your hands on or may have a dark blue fender flare for the driverside rear of the surf? tire shop messed mine up while jacking, let me know, thanks
