nowt to do with a surf

iam trying to put a xbox 360 pad to windows xp
i got it in and the driver is on and up dated
but in game its not having it

its along shot but any of you lot know how this is done

its been along time since i did any programing been at it all day
its not easy trying to get an old windows to work in this day and age

it just wants every thing plug in there is
and not all plug in's know what windows is

drivers are like rocking horse sh1t for most new things for xp
its all vista and windows 7

anyhow i got it all in and on all 25 gig of the bu99a

i just need to get the xbox talking to the commy

anyone else done this on xp?
could do with some advice

from reading on there i think i have put the wrong driver on for this windows
best thing is i have never used a xobox i dont play on consols
so all this is new to me
its been an eye opener

well up to yet this has kept me still and active
thats what i need to be
now my power pack fan has packed in
so iam waiting now for my mate to come down to lift mi cpu on the side for me
so i can fix it
then i think it maybe finished
i got everything working i hope

i think it now apeers to works but i wont know untill i use it in game

i have to fix this fan first before it over heats

i just had to put a small barrel thing back on to my motherboard
i know what they are called just dont know how to spell it
i knocked it off trying to fix the fan
hehe all is done now and iam laffing

coz i fixed it with super glue
i was ready to buy a new commy too
