  • how long for the glow plug light to go off

having always owned mitsubishi pajeros since getting the 3.0litre surf 1994 a week ago ive notice the glow plug light only stays on for a fraction of a second.
can someone tell me if this is correct or not.
the car seems to start ok but im so used to the double clicks from a pajero glow plug system im paranoid now about the surf.
    cheers

            Ah yes...

"Listeners who are listening will, of course, realise that Minnie and Henry are talking rubbish, as erudite people will realise, there are no elephants in Sussex. They are only found in Kent. North of a line drawn between two points thus making it the shortest distance."

Back on topic...how long till your glo plug light goes off.

About 2 hours if left in direct sunlight. Ideally refrigerate your glo plug light...it'll stay fresh for days.

and all is normal squire...that's why these are better than a Mitsubishi.
                Non intercooled nothing.
