Failed on front brake hoses being cracked on full lock which is not bad for a 13 year old machine! So best you check them regular as I never even noticed when I changed the pads and discs!Ah well thats another half day off work

The brake pads on my dad's Mondeo disintegrated while I was driving it a few months ago. Definite brown trouser moment!
