if i remember when i did mine i turned the ign on before fitting the needles back on properly, then started it up and noted what revs were, when it looked about the same as idle reading before i started i then pushed the needle properly on,

I am going to start breaking this 2.4 this week as i am getting another in next weekend so i will get the brake lines from this truck for you later in the week Andy

Re heater control conversion

Growler could you let me know how i get in touch with popeye as i see from other threads that youve been in contact with him and strom force to get these upgrades done

Stormforce used to supply heater control units when he was breaking Surfs but I don't think he is doing this now. Popeye can be contacted anytime on here as he is a regular contributor although I am not to sure if he is doing this mod for members anymore. He did do one for me and it was a 1st class job. Makes a hugh difference.
