Commercial breakers

Does anybody have a connection to a commercial vehicle breaker or maintenance yard ? We are looking for a Tail lift pump and fittings 24volt oh and needs to be in good working order ie. ready to use

Just a thought but anyone any other idea of a system we could use ? about 3000psi to pump aviation grade hydraulic oil, just a thought oh and low ampage
