Recommend me a good gauge and sender

I don't need race spec gauges, just something more reliable than the Surf one.

I put a tim gauge in my 2.4, seems to work ok.... I think on the 3.0 you'd need to drill and tap the outlet from the head to the top hose to fit the sender unit. I'm sure it's been documented here before.

I'm sure this was mooted a wee while ago. I think the outcome was that there isn't one that fits properly.

I have found these inline sender housings in loads of sizes, need to go out and measure the hose ID to get the right one ordered.
