Hi John.The gearbox strut and bashplate have been sent as with the bodylift so you should have them tomorrow
I had to cut a bolt off of the g/box strut so you may see some small grinding marks but its only surface

I finish work at around 17:30 tomorrow, so flask bacon butties and some lights john? hehe hope you;ve been spraying the body bolts with some WD40 oO

if you jack under the gearbox to take the weight then i took out the 4 10 or 12mm bolts from under the g/box mount and then took out the 4 17mm bolts either side bolting it to the chasis.As long as the bolts come out ok then 30 mins and it will be done.It took me about 20 mins to take this one off as i had to cut a bolt off first

cheers mate they came last night, and i fitted the lift kit tonight, the cross member will get done over the weekend, only thing is i was hopeing that you had included the gearbox rubber mount as mine has come adrift, but hopefully i will be able glue it back on.



a big thank you to mikethecamera for all his help=2.5 hours to lift a surf, without you i would be still at it
