The main thing is no-one was seriously hurt.
I can't see the insurance company making it a right off unless there is more serious damage underneath. The bumpers can be bought from Roughtrax easy enough and fitted. If they want to write it off then buy it back and put it back on the road and you'll be quids in

Doesn't look like 30mph damage to the Scenic - at that speed it'd have been a crumpled wreck !

        Looks repairable to me

Life is too important to take seriously !

I would let them write it off then and then buy it back and put it on the road again cheap

Between me,supersurf and the other breakers here then i reacon you can get everything to put it back on the road for £500 max.I got a rear wheel carrier here at the moment for £45 delivered.I haven't got a blue tailgate tho or a chrome bumper but i do get them in.

Insurance company will definitly write it off, but I would do what everyone else is saying and buy it back and repair it yourself.
If at first you don't succeed.........give up.

My 1995 surf was written off in a rear shunt last year. Rear middle section bumber, tailgate (just a little bash in the tailgate) Rear wheel carrier was ok.
Cost of repair through Toyota was over £3000, so we had the salvage amount deducted, then got it repaired with parts from stormforce. I think cost from local garage to repair was about £750. We got £3000 minus £300 for salvage = £2700.
I still have a small crease in the rear side panels, but I am not bothered about that

even if you buy it back and then break it for spares you will make some good money on it
