A step too far?

Going to swap tyres for bigger ones to suit the lifts
Do you think 315/75s are a step too far or should I stick to the 305/70s
BTW - I cant find 33x12.5x16s which is what I really want

They'll be OK. The Mudzillas I had were 33x13.5. They looked great, but were really REALLY bad on the road, and no better than my BFGs offroad.
