Here's the detroit application notes - you can see what fits what with this and then cross reference to other brands.

Try Summit Racing - I've had good experience with them.

Exactly what I think. I would buy from NY but the price per rim is a few quid more - then I will have to pay shipping on that. I have looked on the American Racing site and found they have two more authorised distributors, I'll give them a call at lunch.

Here is the last email from the bloke I have been dealing with:
          Dear Sir,

I can tell you right now that you will have to bore the wheel out to fit that hub I am afraid. To bore a hub out is around £25+VAT. Sorry for the bad news. Please let me know if you would still like to continue.

            Thanks Rob! I appreciate that.

You're my hero. 100mm is 3.93 inches which is less than the 4.25" centre hole of the wheel - so they will fit on!

Sounds like that UK distributor needs some updated facts .

                    Latest email from disty:
                    Dear Sir,

The centre diameter would be 96mm as standard although sometimes they come with a 78mm hole. This is because on most American trucks and vans apart from a few they do not have the large 4wd hub on the inside and so is mounted on the inside, hence not needing the large diameter hole. Did you not want to bore out the wheel at all? I say this because it would be very unlikely if you could get a large diameter hole at all as most wheel manufacturers just do not do it. Please let me know your decision.

                    Regards
                    1. Calling me sir feels like an insult (probably just me)
                    2. He sounds like he knows nothing about wheels.

Is this the rim you want?

Bit hard to find dimensions for centre hole etc on this site.

Its B/S all Toyota US hubs are absolutly not different from any other truck around the world. The Aisin manual hubs on my truck came from the US!!

If the wheels fit a US Toy truck same year as yours, then they will fit.

Nev - those are the ones. Here is a link on an American site
                          http://www.summitracing.com/search/B...c&autoview=SKU

I sorted the search down to the 15x10" and the 4.25" centre hole. There is also a part number which I have supplied the bloke.

Tony cheers for that, we know he is talking BS or he just doesn't know about the wheels he sells. I would rather buy from someone else now, but he is cheaper by around £80

They will fit by the look of it. Thought they may have a rim with a 4" bore but I couldn't see any.

They (according to various sites and a call to American Racing from the Distributor in New York) have centre bores of 4.25" and 2.8" something. I managed to get a part number with that exact specs so they must fit otherwise the wrong part number would be delivered. Will post pics in a months time (or so)
