i bet half the clips were broke or missing, i just bought a hamster cage from fleabay and there was no clips

Well, you should buy hamster cages from us then! We have about half a dozen or so waiting to be listed at the moment...!
There was one connecting joint that is broken but we knew about that prior to bidding. A bit of glue will sort that one out easily enough.
