No mate they are not all the same.

That looks like it would take most winchs however, I would measure the winch you plan to use and check size of plate before you buy.

I agree. Not having a go at any member or seller from here, but this is not a good way to mount a winch. It's just a nudge bar with a few bits added. Take a look at a proper winch bar to see what you really need.

Although i aint got a winch i did look at makeing my own bumper and plate and have to aggree, as it stands it dont look strong enough, if you do buy i would add some heavy(ish) gauge steel bracketry bolted to the plate and to the chassi so your not winching on the A bar fixings, bit of work and it'll do but depends how much ya pay for it

It may be 4mm plate but it's what connects it all to the chassis that's important, otherwise it's just a bigger missile.
