Wasted 130m drive

As Noworkrail have decided they want me to have a seperate medical report done for my compensation claim against them after 4 years of saying a joint one will be good enough.I went to this medical today and went in to see the specialist and he realised that NowrkRail never sent through my medical records to them so a wasted 130m trip and i will have to do it again when a new appointment is made.My solicitor is going to claim for the milage i did and not the fuel i put in and also the Tamar Bridge Toll aswell
I was well p155ed off when i got home and in agony.
NoworkRail even went to my doctor to get my records without even me signing for permission.Off course my Doctor told them where to go so my solicitor was then asked if he would send his copies which he did a month ago.
I know Networrail are dragging their feet hoping i will take a small offer but i ain't giving in.The more they p155 me off the more i will fight now

It was nice to go for a drive but it is painfull driving tho.
The mother in law loaned me the money for the truck and i got to repay it when the compo comes through unless she feels generous when the time comes and says don't bother

they want to pay up but not what i want them to pay.My solicitor is pushing for 25yrs loss of earnings at a basic pay rate of 14k a year so even if they agree to half of that i will be happy as it would pay the mortgage off

Stormy ! keep a log of all disbursements and time 'wasted',if your solicitor is worth his salt then he will add this to the 'settlement/claim account. we got my dad's settlemnt raised by £4k un necesary trauma /pain etc attending doctor's medical report hearings etc you will be surprised how it mounts up !

Although we are now in shit with money i am not going to give in to their games.I know if it come to it we can get help from Mandy's mum but we don't want to go there if we can help it.
I have fought for nearly 5 years now and last year i never had any fight left in me but after today it has made more determined to fight and if it goes to court then i will not hold back.
I think personally that Networkrail know there is a large payout on the horizon and will do what it takes for me to take a lower offer.I would sooner go to court and then get a lesser payout then actually give in now

Nearly 40 years ago I was accused of Compensationitis at a Medical ..... the fcuker never lived long enough for me to Sue.... record's disappeared n given the run around !!
