Tyres advice

Hi guys sorry I haven't been here for a while but I'm after some advice.

Just checked the tyres on my truck and am now concerned about the side walls.

I've had the BFG Ats on there for a while and it looks like the side walls on three are pretty bashed. There looks to be ply showing in certain areas mostly round the lettering.

Pretty sure these are not road legal and was wondering whether to fit a back up set that are in better nick on or just bite the bullet and buy new.

I've gotta change 4 so any ideas of deals or recommendations would be very grateful.

Is it definately ply or is it just white rubber?

I guessed ply mate but it might be just white rubber. They are 31s standard size I think.

The side walls just look scuffed and there is no big chunks taken out.

Take it somewhere and get it checked, the last thing you want is a blow out.
I have some white rubber showing on mine from when I put different offset wheels on it and scuffed a few kerbs before I got used to the width.

Ok guys got it checked out by a garage and he reckons safe but questions whether they are legal. Will get some photos up in the near future. Many thanks again.
