I take it you could not get the farm jack out!!!!!

there was no weight on the jack at all.The jack was just balanced there so you can see how high you need to go to give clearance

I need a step ladder or a rope ladder to get into it when it's done
i'll have to be careful when getting out of it or i'll be pushing up with a fall from that height
