How do you know they are the 6 stud wheels that fit the surf?

You don't buy the wheel in the picture. The design is the same for the 5 and 6 stud alloy, except with different fitting holes. They do Toyota 6 stud 4x4 fitment, with a -43 offset (as far as I've been reading the Toyota 6 stud is the same as Chevy. My friend has a Camaro so I can check this. I've been researching wheels for the past month and a bit. If you really want to find out you can go to the AR website and look at the tech spreadsheet which gives you every size from something like 13x7 up to 17x14.
