    Anyone see this?

    I thought it was brilliant!

I don't think it was a sbad as they made out though!

I mean surely they had a couple of support vehicles, who was doing the filming?

I nearly passed out when Clarkson had his wheel over the sheer 2000 foot drop!

    Good stuff!

      Contrived too.

I actually watched this last night on Blu Ray - the scenery in HD was brilliant.

I do love the entertainment value of TG but do take it for what it is - more like a comedy show with some cool cars in it.

This adventure got a few belly laughs out of me!

JC looked genuinely scared when trying to pass that Toyota.

Thought it was funny that the Landy kept saving the day and I still say they have the best jobs in the world!

I loved it, getting off the boat at the beginning had me doubled up.

Aye was pretty funny; the demise of the L.C was definately contrived though.

The 'scary' bit was a set up too..the car they were passing was a support vehicle & apparently it was a stunt driver, not Clarkson..watch it again with that in mind and the editing jumps out at you. I do enjoy the show but the fakery is spoiling it a bit now..started with the car wash 'they set on fire'

Aye your right, but lets remember the programe is classed as light entertainment. I take it with a pinch of salt and just enjoy it; last of the summer wine for our generation.

A great show with some very obviously pre-planned mishaps & 'accidents'. Shame they had to wreck the old toyota at the end in order to appease the landrover fan base.
Thats what happens when you go out & buy an absolutely wrecked landcruiser that probably had a couple of hundred thousand miles on the clock.
A patriotic but highly unlikely plot from start to finish.

                  Very enjoyable all the same.
