  • What Size Tyres??

    Hi All.

I am looking to buy a set of 4 new AT (50/50) tyres for my 1993 Surf 3.0TD SSR-G.
The tyres i currently have are Bridgestone Dueler 692's 265x70x15 fitted to a rather nice set of alloys (see Attached pics).
I had the alloys off the other day whilst putting new rear springs on and on the inside of the alloy the size says 15x8JJ.

Whilst looking for BFGoodrich AT tyres i can't seem to find any in the same size that i currently have (265x70x15), also the Bridgestone Duelers seem to only be available in 698H which are more of a road tyre (80/20) rather than an AT (50/50) tyre.

Can anyone tell me if i can get AT (50/50) BFG's, Bridgestone Dueler 692's or possibly Yokohamas in this size in my area? i do not want a road only tyre though.

If this is not possible could anyone advise me as to what other size tyres i could fit to my alloy wheels, taking into account i dont want them any narrower than they currently are and would like to get AT BFG's but would consider other makes ie. Yokohama etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.

You could put 31x10.5x15 on. If you do a search you will find a tyre size chart some where.

Yeah - 31x10.50x15 are the right ones - I did the same swap on mine - they work out about 6mm bigger I think - but the alloys can definately take them.

        Thanks for the replys,
I will have to find someone near me that can do a good deal on 31x10.5x15 BFGoodrich tyres.

Anybody know what the average price for these would be, i dont want to have to pay over the odds for these.
