Okay so drums are on, vibration has gone now so I'm glad that's sorted! My handbrake is not as good as before though so I'm scratching my head on that one. If I adjusted the shoes out any further it would have been difficult to get the drums on but now I'm thinking that is normal. Handbrake does work, I just need to pull it out farther before it holds the car.

Just been speaking to Stormforce who has offered some advice also, so I might need to whip them off / wheels off briefly for a propper adjustment.

Thanks for this. I made a mistake during the adjustment phase.. i.e. I cocked it up and didn't do it. I think I know what to do now though
