Brake Pads for V6...any different??

Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone knows if the front brake pads on a 1994 Surf V6 are any different to the 3.0 diesel's or uk 4runner's.

Sorry, just one more question. In my local motor factors today, the pads they tried to sell me stated they would fit a landcruiser on the box but the guy behind the counter said they would fit my surf. Is this true?? I didn't buy them as I wanted to check with you guys first.
