water trap warning light

I seem to have some water in the water trap. I can see the drain tap on the bottom of the filter, do I just undo this to drain the water out ?

yeh just let it run out till diesel start to follow the water,then just give it a few quick pumps on the primer on the top of the pump and fire her up
