Means you've done to much smack, and need go to re-hab.

That link doesnae work!! Short answer is that it drops the gears from 4th to 3rd or will stop the gearbox selecting 4th when o/d is off(light on dash).It is usefull up to 60 mph for a boost, any faster means the engine revs quite high and these machines don't need that sort of abuse!!
