Why is the gif in my signature being blocked????

certain sites don't allow linking to images - I've a feeling pipex may be one of them..... but then again I may be talking complete rubbish as usual!

It's not a problem, I link all of my pics from there (My webspace). I am wandering if the forum is not allowing the gifs for some reason????
