I've driven a hgv cab ( three doors down let me have a play in his minus the trailer) and for sure you could see that car through the windows near your feet at the very least.

Bala Mud, best underseal there is, only £30 per application.
I was an HGV driver, if that is real then it is being done deliberately, you could easily see the car from the drivers seat, and if for some silly reason he couldn't see it then he would feel it and hear it, I suspect it is fake as there is no smoke pouring from the cars tyres.
if it turns out to be genuine and as amazing as that footage, then the lorry driver needs a heavy sentance and life time ban from driving anything. there's no reason why he couldn't know that car was there.
i've done the same thing on the m6 i had a car hit the passenger side of my truck and it ended up across the bumper like that, you do feel a slight bump and you only know it's there by the noise as the truck won't slow down, and it's only old renaults and ivecos and some volvo fl's that have windows by your feet, the truck in the last picure (the fh volvo has a blind spot you can lose a transit in down the near side and it's a different truck to the one in the accident)
when the sh*t hits the fan greet the reaper with a smile
just seen the footage on the news, I have been driving trucks for 23 years and there is no way the driver woudnt know he was there, the main blind spot you have on a truck is on the passeger side front corner.
he was probably cut up by the clio and took it on himself to teach him a lesson
