broken surf

It has been 1 year now since i bought my surf with 4 wheel drive not working, it has been to 5 garages and still no one can fix it, surely there must be a surf expert other than tony in basingstoke who can fix surfs in the south of england!! can anyone point me to one?

He could of built half of Basingstoke by now.
