Got my medical results back from Jimmys' and got
an all clear, clean bill of heath, now pi$$ of and
don't come back here, YYYEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!!!
All I've got to do now is convince Mrs Gman to go
to this years Avalanche!!! will keep in touch on this.
I'm really trying, (so she say's )

Tell Mrs G that as part of the recovery theropy you need to go to avalanche just to be certain that your totally fine.
