oops, another head to fix...

First owner from imported, about 3 months ago, blew the plastic radiator tanks to bits, because overflow pipe was blocked with rad seal, unplugged it, got a used Rad, fitted running but a little white smoke.

Tested it, yup, exhaust gasses in coolant!

But.....

Its a N reg 2.8 Pajaro, the second one i've done recently. Apparently, they are well known for it on Paj forums!!! So should make you all feel better.

I'll just strip it and fit it here, shouldn't be a problem with no light, power or shelter.

Tony i am breaking a 2.5 swb paj for the owner of my workshop.Engine etc all perfect working order apart from the truck was crashed on the drivers side.
If Tony does want anything from this Paj i will make a donation to the forum but i only mentioned as he says hes repaired 2 recently.

hmm, do we know if the head is the same as the 2.8? Like the 2L and 3L toyota motors are?

I had to get a rad for it, and they where different.
