I know it's absolutely ages since I had the cylinder head replaced with a roughtrax one but I still hadn't got around to re-packing the old one and sending it back to them yet. I phoned them up, apologised for the delay and have sorted out pick up by courier tomorrow afternoon sometime.
The thing is, I'd forgotten how damn heavy the cylinder head is. I know the blummin thing comes from a 2 tonne truck but I didn't realise most of those 2 tonnes were in the cylinder head!!
I'm used to comparatively featherweight motorbike engines so it was a shock to remind myself how heavy the Surf's lump (or at least part of it) is.
