Hi All
I am very seriously looking to go down the import route on a diy basis.
Both as a project and to save a few pounds ! fingers x.
My question is in searching the net and reading loads of info on this forum i cannot work out what’s best to do.
1 Use an agent
2 Use direct auction method ( looks the best bet i think ) have looked at using www.j-cars.com ( anybody used them or have any info please let me know )
3 Alternative method i might not know about.
I am quite clear on additional costs - duty, vat etc etc as the formulas are quite easy to follow ( do they really work ? )
There is a possibility i might import 2 as a friend along with my wife really wants one to.
I know some of you guys import and might not want to pass on to much info its just the basic stuff i need to know really.
