Are 4runner parts the same as surfs?

Hey there, I own a 1990 2.4 TD, and live in Canada, where there are tons of 4runners around. So i was wondering if anyone knows whether non engine parts and accessories, brush bars etc, from 4runners fit surfs of the same age?

All accessories will fit, but the wiring looms may be different as Surfs have more 'toys' fitted as standard.

awsome, im mostly looking at getting a brush bar and roof rack for now, its just handy if the fittings are the same, maybe some other toys later
