Same as or not?

As people can see i live in Bulgaria. I can source the 4 runner easy over here and would prefer left-hand drive. Are they practicly the same as the surf but more used accross europe? Would they be the same for lifting and mods?

yup, but propably just less electrics on motor, it'll be a 1KZ/T instead of 1KZ/TE mechanically the rest is the same.

And it's bound to have the inferior 4runner graphics stuck on it, only a proper Surf will have the top quality graphics !
