think the vibration may be a CV joint or a bearing OSF as it has a little rumble at times but it hasn't got any worse so hopefully something simple.

does it sound like a hammer drill, maybe a bronze bush needs a bit of grease..

Whats a bronze bush?
Does sound more like a bearing but its not a constant noise appears to happen more when going slowly off the power. Its not a loud noise and you can feel it through the chassis/wheel too.
