Can life get any worse ? It's my fault the parrot swears,Young un gets a bike , and she has seen the 4th gen advert

we got our lad a yamaha 125 for his birthday last year so he could do his cbt on it and then go for his test so he can then ride a bigger bike if he wanted to.I think he will stick with the 125 until he is fully confident and then may go to a 250 or slightly bigger before he goes to a real big bike.

He should be fine with that just so long as he rides sensibly unlike a lot of muppets these days , keep up with the routine maintenance tire pressures, chain play etc etc and the servicing and it should last ages.

And yes, you should move out now, run man, while you still can .

Thanks for your guidance Rich and Neal, he rides loke an old man,he's 23 next month, now out of the forces he looks 30 ish, I was hoping he would prefer 4 wheels but he just wants something to get him round etc, I am sure as confidence builds he will go for something more sporty etc

right i think I'll start the tunnel tonight ! she keeps harping on about an ofsted inspection, so I am sure I will be in trouble for everything else !

I’m sure he will be fine.

I passed my test on a Honda C50 and then bought a 125 2-stroke twin... had a rest from bikes for 10 years and then bough a 600cc sports bike which was a hell of a jump from a 125, then rode various bikes up to 1000cc.
Mine WAS a 150 bhp V6 and ran on PETROL
