A much bigger workshop in the next few months.
I was asked by the owner if i wanted the unit next to mine and knock out the dividing wall to make one big workshop.Of course i said yes and i won't be charged a great deal more than i am now rent.
It would be nice to have one of those hydrolic lifts/ramps to make my life easier but that will come at a later date
I'm quite happy now about it as it will mean plenty of storage as i'm a bit restricted at the moment for space with 2 trucks in there.
I should be able to get about 3-4 trucks in aswell as the trailer and still have room spare

Nice one - I'm very jealous! One day I'll get my dream workshop with a 4 post lift in!

well its got running water,electric and its dry but outside its a bit of a sludge pool but we're all going to work towards getting the outside sorted to make life better for us all

rich just make sure you have enough height for the big lift.otherwise it wont come out of the door.

thats ok Mark cause the new part of the workshop has double doors and was built for lorries so its plenty high enough.Just a good job its not the unit i got now cause theres no way it would come out
