I found loads on this forum about imports/importing. Aren't forums great! I hope I can contribute to helping somgeone like this sometime. I imported a UK Honda FireStorm from Manchester to Dublin - went like a dream - found a good bike in a dealer online, got pics, flew over, rode her home. All on my lonesome! The principles must surely be similar to importing a Surf from Japan (even easier with an agent?). I did a LOT of homework on FireStorms before buying - online forums, magazine reviews etc., and I'm trying to do the same with my pending Surf purchase.
