Caution when sitting in traffic

Ive just heard that a over zealous cop has nicked someone for blowing his nose whilst sitting in a traffic jam....To add insult he now faces 3 points plus £60 fine for not being in control of his vehicle as the hand brake was on in and in neutral.....I hope this guy takes it all the way and the cop gets his butt kicked for wasting our money on bringing it to court....
