I thought about one of them but, by god, they're expensive. What's happening to the Celica?

Expensive yes, but very very clever, and surprisingly good looking in the flesh.

shes going to put it in on the scrappage scheme which is a shame really as its still a good car.Unfortunately its the only way we/she can get a decent small motor she wants

              Celica,s

Hi l have imported quite a few celica,s and found them to be good value for money and mid sized car its just the long bonnet look from behind the steering wheel that makes them feel big. Bought my daughter a uk model 2years ago off ebay for £645 with 192,000miles on it with full service history up to 186,000miles. Its now got 212,000miles on it she gets 30mpg knocking round and over 45mpg on motorway and its "M"reg looking for a newer one for her now.

Unfortuately with Mandy's job as a district nurse she does alot of stop go and the parking is terrible at times so the smaller car will be better for her.
I will be taking her front seats out to see if they fit the surf and if the surf seats fit in the celica and if so then i will swap them over before the celica goes

they do look a nice motor in the flesh so to speak and if Mandy is happy with it then thats what matters.

we went to Toyota today and test drove the IQ2 and the Aygo and the IQ2 was far better on evrything.
We put a deposit on a IQ2 today and we shall have it in May as they are built to order in Japan due to all the extras they have fitted.
They are a good fun motor to drive and i was very suprised with it.
I will be fitting the seats from the celica into the surf now and then the celica is going to be a breaker as we will get more for it than on trade in and its not able to be used on the scrappage scheme as its not been registered in the uk for 10yrs
