it is only an idea but i think a good one. there is a unit up for rent / sale and is just the right size for working on surfs or any other cars and storing / braking any cars. if other people need a place to work on their cars out of the rain cold and whatever the english weather decides to do then this could be it!

it is £75 week (could be 3year min lease) rent plus other operating costs but if can get a number of people say 6 or 7 more would be better! then its about £55 pcm for perminant garage space / working space which is a lot cheaper then renting a garage and you cant do any work in. even if people just want to store stuff in then thats OK.

Plus legal fees.

yeah know birkenhead well its near oxton but it was just a feeler out there to see if interest as back yard mechanics isnt alway the best place to carry out simple jobs and having a place to work would be better kind of a communal thing but not to worry! take the hint!

Hi Danny not a bad idea in theory, even fully alarmed my old garage was broken into or attempted to be broken into atleast once a month in the end insurance was to high to carry on.
