heater Problem on my work runabout

Peugeot 405 GLX Turbo Diesel
the blower works but got NO heat at all
and there a Buzzing sound from the dashboard area that STOPS when i Press the recirculating button and hold it in.

any ideas as to my problem and is?

I'ts a french pile of Sh!t Sorry martin of no help what so ever. I'am would imagine it got to be the same as any other heater prob. Matrix blocked water not circulating cable snapped that opens and shuts the gate

according to "oldpug" on pug forum he says:

It will be the heater flap motor.Its on the right hand side of the heater,pull the cover off,get your head on the clutch pedal!!! its a small box with a lead and a multi plug.I think its a dealer only part about £60.Its only two screws but very very difficult to locate the new one in place.
