Bfg Mt Km2 285/75r16?

I am thinking about buying at set of the new BFG MT KM2 285/75R16 and I was wondering if they would fit with only a 2inch suspension lift or would I need a body lift as well to get them to fit
Also would they fit the standard 7 inch wheel or would I have to get a wider wheel

Mine are smaller and only just clear the bodywork when at full stretch with a 2" lift.
